Occasionally PSSC will destroy damaged books rather than return them to us. (A customer could do it, too.)
Use the Inventory Adjustments dialog to record books destroyed.
PSSC sends a MVMT
spreadsheet along with the monthly bills.
In that spreadsheet, the column ds lists the books destroyed that
month.
