NESFA^® Treasury Procedures: UPS Shipping Account

NESFA has an escrow account at UPS which is used to pay for shipping to or from NESFA.  At one time, all deposits to this account were charged to SE-Postage, but that practice has ceased. 

When we get an advice from UPS that the account has been used, enter it as a General Ledger transaction, debiting whatever expense-like account is appropriate and crediting AS-UPS.
