Neither Complete nor Conclusive is a collection of Special Guest John Hertz' fanwriting, published by NESFA in honor of Boskone 50 and is available this weekend for the first time. It contains anecdotes, appreciations, book notes, comments and reflections from his own fanzines and elsewhere. He has had three Hugo nominations as Best Fanwriter.
