The Bid Sheet mailing
This material is for the use of artists and resellers who have been explicitly accepted into the Art Show. They are listed here; the list will be updated frequently. The number before each name is the artist number or owner number assigned to that person.
Some parts of the Bid Sheet mailing will not apply to everyone; in particular, the section on mail-in only applies to artists who have been explicitly approved for mailing their art to us. Art mailed to us without prior approval will be returned unopened.

If you are printing your own Bid Sheets, please print them on tan (or white) paper; please print Resale Bid Sheets on yellow paper. We print them on 67-pound cover stock to make it easier for bidders to write on them. If you need to print additional Master Sheets (of any type), please print them on white paper.
