Christopher Kovacs

Christopher S. Kovacs is a medical doctor (specialist in Endocrinology and Metabolism) and Professor of Medicine at Memorial University in Newfoundland. He's a major collector and reader of Zelazny, Gaiman, Martin, Silverberg, and others. He assembled the stories and wrote the biography and story notes for the six-volume The Collected Stories of Roger Zelazny (NESFA Press, 2009) and the accompanying bibliography, The Ides of Octember (NESFA Press, 2010). He's written a pair of essays on Medical Myths and Errors in Science Fiction and Fantasy which have appeared in The New York Review of Science Fiction.
