The cover says, "A brilliant new twist on the classic story of Jane Eyre." That's overstating things a bit. It's Jane Eyre in space. Sharon Shinn is not Charlotte Bronte, but this is a pleasant waste of time, on a hot summer evening when you've got nothing better to do.
