The Bid Sheet mailing

This material is for the use of artists who have been explicitly accepted into the Art Show. Those artists are listed here; the list will be updated frequently. The number before each name is the artist number assigned to that artist.

Some parts of the Bid Sheet mailing will not apply to all artists; in particular, the section on mail-in only applies to artists who have been explicitly approved for mailing their art to us. Art mailed to us without prior approval will be returned unopened.

This page provides access to the full text of the Bid Sheet mailing (PDF) and all of the associated forms: the Bid Sheet, the Master Sheet, and the Print Shop Master Sheet.

If you are printing your own Bid Sheets, please print them on tan (or white) paper. We print them on 67-pound cover stock to make it easier for bidders to write on them. If you need to print additional Master Sheets (of either type), please print them on white paper.
