How to Leave Boskoneor now that I got here, how do I leave?By CarThe Sheraton Boston is located at 39 Dalton St in Boston's "Back Bay" area. To the North: Head uphill on Dalton Street past Summer Shack passing over the Mass Pike (I-90). Turn left on Bolyston Street. Go straight about 4 blocks and follow the signs for Storrow Drive through 2 traffic lights; bear right at the third and follow the signs for Storrow Drive toward downtown Boston. Go about 2 miles. At this point you will see signs for I-93 north. Take I-93 north. Or To the North: Head uphill on Dalton Street past Summer Shack passing over the Mass Pike (I-90). Turn right on Bolyston Street. Go about 6 blocks and turn left on Berkeley Street. (The streets are in decreasing alphabetic order.) Continue to the end. Turn right onto Storrow Drive east. Go about 1 mile. At this point you will see signs for I-93 north. Take I-93 north.
To the South: Head downhill on Dalton Street away from Summer Shack. Turn left on Belvidere Street. Go about 2 blocks and turn right on Huntington Avenue (Route 9). In about 1/4 mile stay right of the underpass towards Mass Avenue. Turn left onto Mass Avenue. Go about 1 mile and turn left onto Melnea Cass Boulevard (at this point you should start seeing signs for I-93. Go 2/10 mile and bear right TO I-93 south. These directions are truck safe / friendly. To the West: Head uphill on Dalton Street past Summer Shack towards Bolyston Street passing over the Mass Pike (I-90). (Turn right onto Boylston then an immediate left onto Hereford St. Take the first left on Newbury Street. Go one block to Mass Avenue. The entrance to the Mass Pike (I-90) West is directly in front of you across Mass Avenue. These directions are truck safe / friendly. By the 'T' There are three reasonably close subway stops: Hynes/ICA on the B, C and D branches of the Green Line, Prudential Center on the E branch of the Green Line, and Back Bay on the Orange Line. Which stop is best for you probably depends on where you are going and whether you mind walking outdoors. To the north, take the Green Line (From D branch Hynes/ICA or E branch from Prudential) or Orange Line (from Back Bay) to North Staion and take a train from North Station. |
