Dear Advertiser,
We are soliciting advertising for the Boskone 44 Program Book, which will be published in conjunction with Boskone a regional Science Fiction convention being held February 16-18, 2007 at the Westin Waterfront in Boston, MA. Boskone is the oldest SF convention in New England, and for our 44th we are expecting over 1000 people to attend.
The program book will contain articles about our Guests of Honor. This year's Guests of Honor are David Gerrold (Writer), Gary A. Lippincott (Artist), Brother Guy Consolmagno, SJ, PhD (Special Guest); our Featured Filkers are Lee and Barry Gold.
The Program Book will be 8-1/2 inches wide x 11 inches high. The cover will be 4-color full-bleed on glossy stock. Interior pages will greyscale on uncoated paper. Subject to availability, we will place ads on the right hand page, unless you request other placement.
Due Date for reserving ad space: January 3, 2007.
Due Date for sending press-ready or camera-ready ad: January 12, 2007
We cannot guarantee that any changes received after January 12th will be included in the Program Book.

Format Specifications:
We prefer to receive ads as PDF or tiff files. All fonts should be embedded. All greyscale or CMYK art should be 300 dpi at print size. All lineart (including rasterized type) should be 600 dpi. All ads printing on black and white pages should be in greyscale format. All ads printing on color pages should be in CMYK format.
If sending us a camera-ready hard copy to be scanned by us please send a velox at 133 lines/inch, open screen, or a true halftone. Materials received, which do not meet the above requirements, may not print correctly, and if special processing is required, may be subject to extra charges.
